So, this isn't actually a sub-section of the site, technically speaking.
It's an author home. But if you use tinymash as a solo user, or with just a few users that can agree 🤔, you can create these sub-sections with very little effort.
An author home also gets its own RSS/Atom feeds, and with the Fediverse plugin, an author home can also post to a specific Mastodon-compatible account.
