Feeds

Feeds publishes the newest public posts in three formats:

  • /feed.rss
  • /feed.atom
  • /feed.json

Author feeds use the same filenames below /<author>/.

A superadmin enables root feeds and chooses the item limit under System > Plugins > Feeds. Authors enable their own feeds under Profile > Publishing. A disabled feed returns 404.

Feed items follow publication and author-space visibility rules. Drafts, unpublished entries, scheduled entries awaiting activation, and inaccessible author spaces are excluded. Enabled RSS and Atom feeds are advertised in public page metadata so feed readers can discover them.

Static exports include the enabled feed files for the exported scope. Site exports include eligible root and author feeds; author exports include only that author's feeds. Addresses inside the exported files use the export base URL.
