Font manager

Font manager stores WOFF2 and WOFF files locally and generates the @font-face rules needed by supported themes.

Open System > Plugins > Font manager, upload a licensed font file, and define its family, style, and weight. Assign installed families to the available roles: publication titles, headings, body text, interface text, or code.

Theme support varies. A theme may keep its own typeface for a role that forms part of its identity. Unassigned and unsupported roles use the theme's normal fallback stack.

Use only font files whose licence permits local web use and redistribution with the site. Font manager does not download fonts from a provider, and public pages do not contact a font CDN.

Current static exports omit generated Font manager CSS and font files. Exported pages therefore use the active theme's fallback fonts.
