SEO
tinymash always provides /robots.txt. It excludes the configured administration and sign-in paths and the secret-link exchange path. A non-public site, or a site that discourages indexing, disallows all crawlers.
SEO generates /sitemap.xml, adds author-space and AI-crawler rules to robots.txt, and provides optional metadata fields in Composer. Configure these features under System > Plugins > SEO. Disabling the plugin leaves the core robots.txt exclusions in place and removes the sitemap.
The site and author indexing settings are authoritative. Author spaces that discourage indexing are excluded from the sitemap and disallowed in robots.txt.
The Composer SEO tab can override the search title and description, social title and description, social image, canonical URL, robots directive, and sitemap inclusion for one entry. Leave a field empty to use the site, entry, or featured-image fallback.
AI-crawler rules in robots.txt are advisory. They publish a preference but cannot enforce how a remote crawler behaves.
Static exports keep core page metadata already rendered into HTML. They do not generate the SEO plugin's dynamic route overrides.
