Statistics

Statistics records page views for public site and author reports. It does not use an external analytics service.

A small local script sends a page-view beacon back to the same tinymash installation. Admin pages are not counted. Collection can be disabled under System > Plugins > Statistics.

Superadmins can review site and author reports. Authors can review their own scope. Reports show bounded totals and trends from plugin-owned data; they are not visitor profiles and do not provide cross-site tracking.

Housekeeping applies the configured retention policy to old records. Author and site transfer can include Statistics data when plugin data is selected.

Statistics is omitted from static exports. A static copy has no PHP endpoint to receive page-view beacons or serve private reports.
